The solar party, that is … July 28.
The Sustainability Coalition is sponsoring a series of Solar House Parties, hosted by Corvallis residents who are realizing the benefits of solar energy. The next house party is Friday, July 28, at 7 pm.
- Are you a homeowner?
- Interested in exploring solar for your home?
If you answered “YES” to both of these questions, then you’re invited!
Each party includes informal conversation, a brief program about solar energy and financing opportunities, a chance to ask questions – and delicious refreshments.
Corvallis area homeowners who would like to attend the July 28th party or a future party should contact .
The Oregon legislature did not renew the Residential Energy Tax Credit (RETC) beyond 2017. That means it’s more important than ever to sign up for solar as quickly as possible. Those who would like to get in on the Oregon tax credits must have all their paperwork (i.e., signing with a solar contractor, determining their financing, etc.) completed by 12/31/17 and the solar panels installed and operational by 04/01/18.
If you are considering making the transition to solar energy, NOW is the time, before the state tax credits are discontinued!
Solar House Parties are part of Harvest Sunshine –
