The Community Inclusion Action Team
VISION: All people of Corvallis have a sense of belonging; they are treated justly, have a sense of connection, and are represented in the community.
A sustainable community is an inclusive community—one that honors diversity and respects the needs and perspectives of all members of the community.
We’re committed to moving equity to the forefront of the City and County’s long term planning process. This year our focus is to build collaborations and connections between the Coalition, social justice organizations, and the larger community. We have identified three components of equity to focus on—justice, representation, and connection.
