COOKS AND BOOKS: CULTIVATING A CYCLE OF CARE

Join us for an in-person cooking demonstration and showcase of cookbooks with The Vegucator, Laura Bennett of Ejido Oso Farm! Learn how to combine flavor and texture to step up your home salad game throughout the season. Laura will also be pulling from her work at Ejido Oso Farm to share some of the unique Oaxacan crops they grow, and the work they have to do to cultivate a cycle of care that serves our local farmworker community.
