Other Ways to Donate
- Workplace giving. Donate to the Coalition through your employer’s matching gifts, volunteer grants or corporate giving programs.
- Stock donations. When you transfer ownership of appreciated securities/stock to the Coalition, your gift qualifies for a tax deduction based on full market value, and you avoid the capital gains tax. We are ready to accept your gift of publicly-traded stock at any time.
- Giving via Individual Retirement Accounts. If you are at least 70½ years of age, you can make a tax-free contribution directly from your IRA each year and count it toward your required minimum distribution (RMD). Talk to your tax advisor to see if this would benefit you.
