COOKS AND BOOKS: SALVADORAN CUISINE

Join us for Cooks and Books, a free, in-person cooking demonstration and showcase of cookbooks. The theme for October is Salvadoran cuisine with Arely Hanson of Pupuseria del Valle. Arely will demonstrate a recipe for panes rellenos, a beloved sauced chicken sandwich from Central America.
