Oregon’s recycling system changes began July 1. Benton County and Republic Services recorded a joint virtual presentation on June 10, explaining what is happening, why it is happening, and what you need to know to make the most of these much-needed improvements to the way we recycle. Providing education about recycling, composting and waste prevention. Block Captains distribute information several times a year to a chosen area or group, with handouts provided.
