COOKS AND BOOKS: SYRIAN CUISINE, WITH NASER WANLI OF KHALO NASER

Having opened restaurants in Syria and Saudi Arabia, Naser and his wife opened Khalo Naser here in Oregon when they relocated to Corvallis. They believe that food is an expression of the heart, crafting dishes that pay homage to the vibrant flavors and spices of the Middle East.
