We’re hiring an Administrator

The Corvallis Sustainability Coalition Steering Committee is excited to announce that we are hiring a part-time Administrator to help accelerate progress toward a more sustainable community!

This is a chance to make significant contributions within an organization that has a history of success.  The Administrator will report to the Coalition Steering Committee and will work closely with the Coalition Facilitator to oversee staff, provide program support, and advance the operations and overall health of the organization. To be successful in this role, applicants must have a strong commitment to sustainability, excellent organizational and management skills, and successful experience in grant writing and event coordination.

As the Administrator will be interacting regularly with Coalition leadership, staff, and volunteers, applicants must have past experience working effectively as part of a team, as well as strong written and verbal communications skills. Much of the Administrator’s work will be done remotely, so applicants must be able to work independently, be self-directed, and have demonstrated ability to be creative and flexible.

The Corvallis Sustainability Coalition has a strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). The Administrator is expected to share this commitment and to participate in efforts to integrate the values of EDI into the Coalition’s daily operations and program implementation.

The full position description is HERE.
