COOKS AND BOOKS: MEET THE TEAM FROM SABOR

Cooks and Books is a free in-person cooking demonstration and informal discussion at the Corvallis Community Center (C3). Learn how to prepare a recipe from a local chef, sample the dish, then browse cookbooks available for checkout from the library. The theme for January is Mexican fare presented by the Sabor team.
