Home/Energy/Home Energy Fair: July 31

Home Energy Fair: July 31

Are you a homeowner or renter? Want to make your home more comfortable – and lower your monthly utility bills?

You’re invited to the Home Energy Fair on Monday, July 31, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Franklin Square Park in Corvallis. Come to the park, located at NW Taylor and 15th Street, to learn from exhibitors, cool off with friends and neighbors, and enjoy free snacks.

The following exhibitors will be on hand to talk to attendees and provide personalized guidance on what they can do to make the shift from fossil fuel-powered homes to energy efficient homes powered by renewable energy:

  • Dwelling BEE LLC – Building Energy Experts
  • Electrify Corvallis
  • Energy Action Team/Home Retrofit Clinics
  • Energy Trust of Oregon
  • G. Christianson Construction
  • Oregon Clean Power Co-op
  • Peak Ductless Heating and Cooling/Electrical Services
  • Seeds for the Sol
  • Shift Together: Energy Efficiency and Renewables for Everyone!
  • Solar Cooking, with Lorraine Anderson

The Home Energy Fair is being organized by the Jobs Addition Neighborhood Association and is supported by a Neighborhood Empowerment Grant from the City of Corvallis. The event co-sponsor is the Corvallis Sustainability Coalition’s Energy Action Team.
