Raab & Chickpea Polenta
Early spring is the perfect time to add broccoli, kale, collard, or other sprouting raab to your seasonal meals. Purple sprouting or regular broccoli are also a good addition. Combined with polenta and local garbanzo beans, this makes a quick and delicious meal.
