Energy Trust of Oregon

Applies to renters, homeowners, landlords, businesses, and organizations:

An independent nonprofit that helps utility customers improve the efficiency, comfort and health of their homes/workplaces, while lowering energy costs. Their services and cash incentives make energy solutions more accessible and help you take the first step to saving for what matters most.


Oregon Department of Energy

Applies to renters, homeowners, landlords, businesses, and organizations:

A state agency that advances solutions to shape an equitable clean energy transition, protect the environment and public health, and responsibly balance energ​y needs and impacts for current and future generations.


Seeds for the Sol

Applies to renters, homeowners, and residential landlords:

Provides a FREE Home Energy Assessment and one-on-one guidance to help you navigate available energy incentives so you can save money and energy!

Sign up today for a FREE 2-hour Zoom consultation with Nancy Evenson, a retired architect, to help you analyze your home’s energy use and prioritize energy upgrades and financial incentives.


Saving Green

Community Services Consortium

Applies to renters, homeowners, landlords, businesses, and organizations:

A community action agency that helps people in Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties access tools and resources to overcome poverty and build brighter and more stable futures. Make your home more comfortable, safe and affordable with potentially FREE weatherization services.


Oregon Clean Power Co-op

Applies to businesses, organizations, and landlords:

If your organization or business owns a building, this statewide cooperative can help you finance the shift to solar – and save money on your electric bill from Day One.


Electrify Corvallis

Applies to renters, homeowners, landlords, businesses, and organizations:

Interested in making the shift from natural gas to electricity? Find out how with resources from Electrify Corvallis.


Dwelling Bee LLC

Applies to homeowners:

Want an in-depth assessment and a Home Energy Score? To our knowledge, Josh Munger of Dwelling Bee LLC is the only certified Home Energy Score inspector serving the Corvallis area. He charges $150-$200, depending on the size and complexity of the home’s architecture. The Inflation Recovery Act provides a $150 tax credit for energy audits.
